The language impacts others' self-perception, confidence, and sense of belonging. This group explores and reviews our own reactions to conflict and how we can navigate high stress moments.  The main objective will be to learn how to contribute the best possible conflict resolution strategies to protect and build family relationships.  Old scripts often include blame, accusations, disapproving comments, sarcasm, and failure to recognize fatigue and need for our partner’s help or back up.   Our words impact our brains at the very neurological level to create love and connection by the release of powerful neurochemicals.  We need these for energy, clarity, and problem solving to be successful. Unfortunately, the opposite is also true.  Our words can create fight, flight, freeze responses through the release of neurochemicals in our brains that can create cloudy judgments, reactions…
