Feelings can be big, confusing, and sometimes overwhelming for young children. This group uses the Little Spot of Feelings series to help kids explore emotions 🌀, develop self-awareness, and practice self-regulation strategies 🌟 in a fun, engaging way!

🎨 What We’ll Do:

📖 Read & discuss different Little Spot books to learn about feelings. 🎭 Use play-based activities, art, and movement to express emotions in safe and creative ways. 🌬️ Practice self-regulation strategies like deep breathing, grounding techniques, and positive self-talk. 🤝 Encourage social connection by helping children recognize emotions in themselves and others. 💬 Build a shared language for emotions that children can use at home and school.

This group provides a gentle, supportive space 💕 where children can explore their emotions, develop coping tools 🛠️, and strengthen their confidence in managing big feelings 💡💖.
